Take off the blinders of everyday lifeā¦
Shortly before my 40th birthday, everything suddenly changed.
With children, a full-time job, housework and the little free time that was left, I was suddenly not as resilient as I used to be. Little aches and pains started to make themselves felt here and there, a stiff neck in the morning, skin rashes,
Feeling full out of nowhere, nervousness and poor sleepā¦
the list was longā¦
But where do you tackle the evil, how do you start?
Through conversations with friends and acquaintances - in one case it was CĆ©line - I came into contact with doterra oils. And I was at a point where I would have tried anything. Although I was initially very skeptical about the small bottles and was also suspicious about setting up diffusers, I had nothing to lose. So I had a consultation with CĆ©line and the oils and a diffuser that had been agreed upon for me moved in.
There is now a diffuser in every common room and the oils are completely integrated into my everyday life.
Today, I not only cope better with everyday life, but I experience it againā¦ and I am extremely grateful for that!
